We want to ensure all of our patients, families, carers and supporters can understand our communications and information.
We are based in a hugely diverse city with more than 100 different languages spoken and thousands of people living with different disabilities or impairments.
So if you are having difficulties understanding us, please let us know. If you need information in other formats, require Braille or large print, would like a British Sign Language interpreter or a language interpreter please tell us.
When you are referred to John Taylor Hospice as a patient, our staff will ask you for your communication needs but if, at any point, you have concerns your needs are not being met then please inform us.
