Sunset Steps

Step up for your hospice and sign up for this summer’s hottest virtual step challenge.

17 April 2020 - 4 July 2020

Indoors or outdoors, you set your target, pace and place!

Step up for your hospice and sign up to take part in Sunset Steps!

Right now at John Taylor Hospice we’re working round the clock to continue to provide end of life care to people across Birmingham and the West Midlands, whilst developing our current services to care for the people affected by coronavirus. Which is why now, more than ever, we need your support. So step up for your hospice and sign up to take part in Sunset Steps!

Taking part is simple; all you need to do is take 10,000 steps every day before sunset. You can challenge yourself to do your steps indoors or outdoors, for week or a month, and you can run, walk or dance your way to your daily step target. We’re then challenging you to raise as much as you can in sponsorship and to finish your step challenge before Saturday 4 July.

This would have been the date of our second annual Sunset Walk, which we are so disappointed to have had to cancel. The Sunset Walk will be back in 2021, but in the meantime you can step up and sign up to make a difference with our exciting new virtual challenge Sunset Steps.

How to get started

Sunset Steps is a virtual challenge, so couldn’t be easier for you to be a part of. You decide the time, the pace and the place then sign up to get started…
