- Join our May Fitness Challenge Facebook Group where we’ll regularly post videos, fitness tips and live streams so we can reach our daily exercise goals together (link will be emailed to you!)
- Say hello to your fellow challengers and PT Adam Heath who’s helped us put together the programme and will also be in Facebook Group
- Start making a difference by setting up your JustGiving page by visiting www.justgiving.com or by creating a Facebook Fundraiser www.facebook.com
By signing up you’ve taken the first step in reaching your fitness goals. But getting sponsored and raising money for the people we support and care for is what really makes a difference. There is no minimum sponsorship target, we just ask that you commit to building your fitness and your fundraising across the month. Every penny you raise will support Birmingham St Mary’s and John Taylor Hospices, together forming The Hospice Charity Partnership. Don’t forget if raise £50, you’ll get a FREE t-shirt to wear with pride as you complete your challenge.
