1st Line Service Technician

John Taylor Hospice has been providing expert ‘Taylor-made’ end of life care for families in Birmingham since 1910. With a track record of quality in care and exciting partnerships, we work on behalf of the public and NHS. We help 600 people at any one time and are privileged to have the ongoing commitment of local people generating money to fund care.

We provide intensive palliative care and practical support when and where you need it in Birmingham and the West Midlands. We’re here 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our teams provide specialist ‘Taylor-made’ care for people living with a terminal illness and their families. We strive to ensure that everyone receives the very best care at home or in our hospice.

As a 1st Line Service Technician you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT systems and for providing efficient desktop support to all business users. You will be responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently in-line with SLAs which includes a broad range of queries.
