Bank Clinical Administrators

The Hospice Charity Partnership, formed from Birmingham St Mary’s and John Taylor Hospices, is looking for Bank Administrators to join its Clinical Administration Team at Grange Road, Erdington.

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new and interesting challenge to your current role?

Would you like the opportunity to work within our very diverse clinical administration team, directly supporting our clinical nurse specialists?

Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work well under pressure and cope with conflicting demands, have the ability to use your own initiative, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

You must have the ability to work unsupervised, have an empathetic nature and be able to deal with relatives/carers and other health care professionals.  Training will be provided.

It is essential that you are able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the role as the shifts will involve weekends and some evenings.
