Senior Management Accountant

The Hospice Charity Partnership, formed from Birmingham St Mary’s and John Taylor Hospices, is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join the Finance Team.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated management accountant who wishes to join a newly merged organisation which aims to be the leader in its sector.

It is a challenging and exciting time and you will be instrumental in developing the monthly reporting structure for the Hospice.  Working with budget holders you will ensure that the financial strategy is achieved.

Experience in the NHS or Charity sector is not essential however strong Excel skills and an understanding of reporting deadlines is a must, as well as a passion for the services we deliver.

If you are a finalist or a newly qualified accountant this may be the transition for you. Alternatively if you have experience and would like an organisation which offers flexible working in a family friendly environment then this may be the position for you.  Full training and support will be provided where required.

You will be responsible for the management of the Management accountant as well as development of the Finance graduate trainee.
